Maintenance Bulletin 07_2010-08-19
Please find the attached CCM Technical Maintenance Bulletin. This bulletin has been approved by the CCM Maintenance Director for publication to all approved repair vendors. The purpose of this bulletin is to enhance communication between CCM pools and the vendor community, while promoting more uniform equipment standards and more clearly communicating expectations and sharing best practices. Vendor management are asked to incorporate these bulletins into their daily briefings, and training sessions for first line supervisors and mechanics. We encourage you to post copies on shop bulletin boards or in other areas for greater visibility. Strict adherence with the standards described in these bulletins may result in more favorable results during pool and CCM directed field audits.
CCM Technical Maintenance Bulletins will be distributed periodically to address known concerns found in recent repair vendor audits, to place special emphasis on certain requirements contained in the CCM M&R Manual, to communicate new standards, safety concerns or in response to government or regulatory changes impacting our equipment maintenance program.
Questions concerning the technical content of this bulletin should be directed to CCM staff at mnr@ccmpool.com. Your continued support and cooperation is much appreciated.
