CCM Board
Michael Wilson, Chairman is the VP Equipment and Logistics for Hamburg Sud North America. He was the founding Chairman of CCM’s South Atlantic Consolidated Chassis Pool (SACP). SACP currently maintains a fleet of over 40,000 chassis. He is a past member of the OCEMA Executive Committee. Mike Wilson has been with Hamburg Sud N.A. for over fifteen years where his responsibilities include all equipment, intermodal, and logistics functions in the United States and Canada. During his 30 + year career, Mike has held senior management positions at United States Lines, Crowley Maritime Corporation, and Atlantic Container Line. Mike is also a past member Board of Directors of IANA (the Intermodal Association of North America) and was Chairman of that organization in 2006.
Tom Kelly, Vice Chairman.  Mr. Kelly is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of  MOL (America), Inc. and is Vice Chairman of the CCM Board of Directors.

 

Frank J. Baragona, Manager. As president of CMA CGM (America), Inc., part of the CMA CGM Group, one of the major worldwide shipping container lines, currently ranking number three in the world. Prior to joining CMA CGM (America) in 2004 as its president, Baragona was with Sea-Land Service, Inc., a subsidiary of CSX Corporation from 1986 through 1999. He held many positions with Sea-Land, including general manager of sales for the Midwest and Canada and for the South Atlantic Region, vice president of Intra-Europe, vice president/general manager of Western Europe, general manager of sales for the Western Region, and , finally, he served as vice president/general manager of Central America, Caribbean, and Mexico from 1996-1999. In addition, he was general manager of sales of North America with Lykes Bros. Steamship Company from 1983-1986 and was with Delta Steamship Lines from 1975-1983. Baragona is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University and the Darden Graduate School of Business.

Richard Breffeilh, Manager.  Vice President, Operations, for NYK Line (North America), Inc. 

Dave Daly, Manager is Vice President of Liner Division and Project Management for "K" Line America. Mr. Daly has been with "K" Line America for over 17 years. His current responsibilities include national logistics and equipment, liner compliance, RailBridge domestic, "K" Line's National Transportation Group, and "K" Line Total Logistics for the North America tradelanes. He is on the CCM Board of Managers, the OCEMA Senior Steering Committee, and the Mid-South Consolidated Chassis Board of Managers.

Frank J. Grossi, Manager.  As Executive Vice President, Operations and Management Division, Cosco Container Lines Americas is also a CCM Board Member.

William F. Rooney, Managing Director for North and South America for Hanjin Shipping, has 34 years of experience in sales and marketing, trade management, operations, business process re-engineering, strategic planning and finance. At Hanjin Mr. Rooney is accountable for all of Hanjin Shipping’s business activities in North and South America. Prior to becoming Managing Director Mr. Rooney was Vice President for Sales and Marketing at Hanjin Shipping. Prior to joining Hanjin Shipping, he held a variety of senior management positions at CMA-CGM, GT-Nexus and Sea-Land where he was employed for 25 years. Five of his years with Sea-Land were spent working in Europe. Mr. Rooney is a member of the boards of directors of the Pacific Maritime Association, the Pacific Merchant Shipping Association, Consolidated Chassis Management, and the Maritime Association of the Port of New York and New Jersey.
