Philip Wojcik
Philip Wojcik is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of CCM. Phil also serves as the COO of each subsidiary of CCM which owns a chassis pool. Phil’s responsibilities include the executive management of CCM and its staff, development of the CCM chassis pool program and development of policies and strategy. Mr. Wojcik was previously Vice President, Operations at Seacastle Chassis (formerly Trac Lease, Inc.) and prior to that had served as Vice President, Corporate Operations for P&O Nedlloyd Limited, a major international ocean carrier. Phil brings over 30 years of experience in intermodal transportation and equipment management.
 
 
Michael R. Mitchell serves as Director, Chassis Pool Development for CCM. Mike’s responsibilities include new business development and pool coordination for CCM pools, with a special emphasis on inland locations.  In addition, Mike has oversight of the operation of the Denver Consolidated Chassis Pool (DCCP) and the Mid-South Consolidated Chassis Pool (MCCP). He has a broad-based background and over 20 years experience in the areas of transportation and logistics, business consulting, project management and process engineering. Mike was formerly a Major in the United States Army Transportation Corps. His experience includes marine terminal and yard operations management, container and chassis fleet management, fleet administration and equipment claims administration on the management teams of Matson Terminals, Inc., Sea-Land Service, Inc., and CSX Corporation, Inc
 
Ken Tock serves as General Manager Pool Development, overseeing the operation of the South Atlantic Consolidated Chassis Pool (SACP).  His shipping line experience includes spending more than 28 years with various CP Ships companies in Montreal, Toronto, Chicago, and most recently Tampa, Florida. Ken attended McGill University in Montreal, participating in their Maritime Transportation Program.
 
 
 
 
 
Martin D. Summers, was appointed General Manager, Pool Operations. Domiciled in Houston, Texas, Mr. Summers oversees the operation of the Gulf Consolidated Chassis Pool (GCCP) which commenced operations July 14th, 2008.  Mr. Summers is an industry veteran with extensive maintenance and repair expertise. He previously worked for Road and Rail Services, Intermodal Maintenance Solutions, and Atlantic Technical Services.
 
 
 
 
 
Gene Bambach is General Manager, Pool Operations. Domiciled in Chicago, Illinois, oversees the operation of the Chicago-Ohio Valley Regional Chassis Pool which commenced operations in June of 2009. Gene is an industry veteran with a proven track record in intermodal equipment pools and has held sales and operating positions with GE Rail Services, Redon, Inc. and Xtra Intermodal.
 
 
 
 
 
Jim Reo is CCM's Director of Maintenance and Repair, based in Norfolk, Virginia.  Mr. Reo was previously Director of Maintenance and Repair for CMA CGM (America) Inc. He began his transportation career with Puerto Rico Marine Management Company where he was responsible for managing the repair of all chassis, containers and power equipment. In 1982, he joined Trans Freight Lines as M&R Manager. He stayed with the company through the P&O Containers acquisition and subsequent merger into P&O Nedlloyd, where he had responsibility for all North America maintenance and repair. Mr. Reo is actively involved with several industry organizations. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Maintenance and Repair Committee of the Intermodal Association of North America (IANA.)
 
 
Lorraine Soos is the Director of Finance and Accounting. Lorraine’s responsibilities include financial reporting and administration. Prior to joining CCM, Lorraine was the Vice President Controller of Maher Terminals LLC, a multi-user container terminal operator in the Port of New York. Her responsibilities included all aspects of the financial process including the financial reporting for the chassis pools. Lorraine began her career as an auditor for a major CPA firm. She then joined Kerr Steamship Company as their Accounting Manager, later becoming the Controller responsible for all aspects of the financial reporting process. Lorraine has over twenty years financial experience in the ocean transportation industry.
 
 
David L. Green is the Manger of Technical Services and is based in Easton, PA. Mr. Green has over thirty years of Intermodal M&R experience covering all aspects of equipment maintenance. Mr. Green has previously been the M&R Manager Americas for CP ships where he was responsible for the maintenance and disposal of all equipment in North & South America, and most recently ran his own M&R consulting company. Mr. Green is active in several industry organizations and is presently participating on several OCEMA and IANA technical committees.
