Dennis Scinto is the General Manager of Multimodal Engineering Corp (MEC), a division of “K”- Line that oversees the US Maintenance and Repair operation on behalf of “K”- Line. Dennis has been with MEC for the last 2 (two) decades. Dennis currently serves as the Board Chairman of the Denver Consolidated Chassis Pool (DCCP) and has previously served on several Maintenance and Repair and other regional pool subcommittees for CCM. Dennis also has many years of experience in the intermodal industry and has represented Xtra, Hapag Lloyd, Flexi-Van, and Strick Leasing in various management positions that included M&R, logistics, sales and leasing.
Dave Daly is Vice President of Liner Division and Project Management for "K" Line America and Chairman of the Mid-South Consolidated Chassis Pool (MCCP). Mr. Daly has been with "K" Line America for over 17 years. His current responsibilities include national logistics and equipment, liner compliance, RailBridge domestic, "K" Line's National Transportation Group, and "K" Line Total Logistics for the North America tradelanes. He is on the CCM Board of Managers, the OCEMA Senior Steering Committee, and the Mid-South Consolidated Chassis Board of Managers.

Thomas Barattini is the Chairman of CCM’s South Atlantic Consolidated Chassis Pool (SACP), which currently maintains a fleet of over 40,000 chassis. Mr. Barattini’s role as Director of Corporate Logistics for Hapag Lloyd (America) Inc. responsible for: Container Control, Chassis & Gensets, Intermodal Procurement and Operations, Maintenance & Repair, and Per Diem provides extensive experience in his responsibilities as a CCM Pool Board Chairman. Prior to his current position, Mr. Barattini held multiple positions for Hapag Lloyd (America) Inc. over the last 19 years of employment, including over 14 years in various Product/Line Management positions, most recently as the Director Product Management, Trans-Pacific Trade. Mr. Barattini has 2 degrees from St. John’s University including an Executive MBA. |
Neil Desmond is the Manager of Corporate Equipment , Hanjin Shipping, and Chairman of the Gulf Consolidated Chassis Pool. (GCCP). Neil has been employed by Hanjin Shipping for the last 10 years, most recently as Manager of Corporate Equipment in Paramus, New Jersey, where he is responsible for chassis and container control, maintenance and repair, leasing, and insurance matters for North and South America. In addition to chairing the MCCP, Neil is also on the board of the DCCP as well as being on several other pooling sub committees. He also serves on chassis pool boards for Los Angeles and at Maher Terminals. Neil is Hanjin Shipping’s representative on the OCEMA Operations Council as well as its IANA representative. Prior to joining Hanjin Shipping in 1997, Neil was employed by Trans Freight Lines, and P & O Containers for 17 years in various managerial positions. |
Ben Foote is the Chairman of the Midwest Consolidated Chassis Pool (MWCP) for CCM and Manager of Network Logistics for MOL America Inc. At MOL, Ben's duties are to ensure that Transpacific, Transatlantic, and Latin cargoes are optimally routed over MOL’s network of vessel services, gateway ports, and intermodal rail. Other responsibilities Include managing east/west balance on MOL’s intermodal rail services. Prior to his current position at MOL, Ben was Manager North America Chassis/Genset, responsible for MOL’s fleet of over 18,000 chassis and 700 gensets. Before joining MOL America Inc., Ben spent two years with a ship line agency and a Class 1 railroad in various operational and equipment management positions. In addition to chairing the MWCP, Ben is also on the GCCP Planning Committee - IT and the COCP Planning Committee - Operations. Ben has been actively involved in CCM Operations, holding either LOC or MCC level responsibilities in all CCM pools to date. |
Michael Wilson is the VP Equipment and Logistics for Hamburg Sud North America and the Chairman of the Chicago Ohio Valley Consolidated Chassis Pool (COCP). Prior to chairing the COCP, he was the founding Chairman of CCM’s South Atlantic Consolidated Chassis Pool (SACP). He is also a past member of the OCEMA Executive Committee, and currently serves on the CCM Board. Mike Wilson has been with Hamburg Sud N.A. for over fifteen years where his responsibilities include all equipment, intermodal, and logistics functions in the United States and Canada. During his 30 + year career, Mike has held senior management positions at United States Lines, Crowley Maritime Corporation, and Atlantic Container Line. Mike is also a past member Board of Directors of IANA (The Intermodal Association of North America) and was Chairman of that organization in 2006. |
