08.05.2019CCM welcomes new VP

Timothy Sibley named VP of Finance & Accounting

Consolidated Chassis Management (CCM), the leading chassis pool manager in the United States, is pleased to welcome Timothy Sibley as its new VP of Finance & Accounting. Sibley previously served as VP of Finance at ITS Conglobal and prior to that held the position of VP of Finance and Asset Management at TRAC Intermodal.  Sibley replaces Lorraine Soos, who has served CCM since 2009 and was an instrumental team member in CCM's growth, as she retired at the end of last month.

Timothy joins the team after years of experience in both domestic and international chassis operations bringing with him extensive accounting, reporting, and analysis expertise.  In his previous roles Sibley not only placed his focus on improving the accounting and financial analysis but also the asset management of a $1.3 billion inventory of leasing equipment.  Sibley's duties at CCM will include all aspects of the financial reporting process including but not limited to financial planning and analysis, financial statement preparation, cash management, invoicing payables, budgeting and tax filings.

"We are excited for Tim to join CCM as the VP of Finance & Accounting and for the value he brings with him to the company during this pivotal time," said CCM CEO Mike Wilson. "Tim's experience in the industry and background in finance and financial analysis make him a great addition to the CCM management team as we continue to expand our business strategy."
