MandR Migration

What you need to know for the migration:

Migration Process

We plan to migrate each pool to the new system every two weeks.  The week prior to a pool being migrated, we will ask repair vendors to complete job orders in chassis.com and invoice them before close of business Friday.  EDI and online access for the facilities in the pool being migrated will be turned off at 3 PM Eastern Time the Friday before migration weekend.  We will extract the data from chassis.com and load it into the new system during the course of the weekend.  We anticipate that the system will be available for use at 8 AM Eastern Time Monday morning, on line and EDI.

Note: any JO that is not completed will be loaded in MandR however, it will undergo revalidation and approval in MandR.

Training

The week prior to cutover, CCM will host training webinars on job order creation, invoicing, company self-administration and EDI processing.  We encourage all to attend so you are comfortable using the features of the system.  Each company will self-administer security to the system for your users so we require your named administrator attend the training session.

Required Actions

  • During the weekend and prior to your first EDI transmission, you will need to change the FTP information so it points to the new system.  Credentials will be provided the week prior to cutover.
  • When the system is open for use on Monday, your company profile will already be created.  We also intend to load one account per company and this person will have Admin permission so they can administer access for your staff.  All other users will need to register prior to accessing the system.  It is imperative that your admin grants each user the access to the functions they need prior to them signing in.
  • You also will need to add your mechanics otherwise, you will not be able to complete your job orders.
  • Upon set up of the tariff, the system will automatically email the initial and all tariff revisions to your selected staff.  In order to ensure we get the initial tariff to you early, we are asking you to provide the email addresses you would like the information sent to by April 24
